Payment is due strictly within 7 days from the date of the invoice unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in default interest and/or late payment penalty fees being added to your account.

Should payment not be received by the due date, The Hot Water Doctor Ltd reserves the right to transfer the debt to our chosen debt collection agency.

All costs incurred during the collection process will be passed on and will become due in addition to the invoice total.

Any issues or disputes must be submitted in writing before the invoice becomes due for payment.
